Casey Yoshida

Simply put—Casey loves to make things. With a heart of gold this diligent creative leads the creative process for many Southside Creative clients. Casey has developed the visual voice for clients across the U.S. over the 10 years. With both B2B and B2C brand experience, Casey has guided companies creatively by developing compelling and emotive work to produce strong and measurable results for clients. Casey graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2010 with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts and Graphic Design. He received his MFA from Savannah College of Art and Design.
Casey Yoshida, has also utilized the power of photography to support, uplift, and connect people to local businesses. His work is celebratory, capturing the beauty and resiliency of the Chattanooga community. His passion for photography began in childhood while flipping through pages of Vogue and Vanity Fair. While studying design at UT Chattanooga, he fell in love with portrait photography. His portrait work has gained notoriety in Chattanooga and in 2019 his work was featured on the cover of Chatter Magazine’s Mens fashion issue.
Outside the studio Casey also serves on the committee for the Hunter Museum of American Art and is responsible for curating one of most successful fundraising exhibitions to date, in the basement of the Hunter. This year Casey was asked to join the committee for the Common House in Downtown Chattanooga, where he will assist in curating an diverse community for this contemporary social club designed for connection.
Kacie Yates
OWNER | CREATIVE DIRECTOR
After graduating with a BFA from the University of Tennessee
Chattanooga, Kacie took a respite and moved to New York City for
creative inspiration. She began working at Jamestown LP – a high-end
real estate investment firm based in NY. There, she was the lead designer
for projects such as Ponce City Market, Chelsea Market, and Ghirardelli
Square, among others. She then brought her talents back to Chattanooga
to rejoin Southside Creative. This gave her the opportunity to work on
both the agency and client side and has enabled her to push the agency to
consistently produce work both they and the client can be proud of.
Kacie specializes in all aspects of branding, print design, web design, and
videography. She has been awarded multiple American Advertising
Awards, she was named in the Top 20 Under 40 by Chatter Magazine in
2017, and has been featured in publications such as DesignWorkLife,
